Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Operations Lead, you assist shift supervisors in directing daily picking, receiving, and loading workflows across the distribution floor.
- Shift Floor Coordination: Monitor active pick-paths and receiving dock lanes, reallocating order selectors and equipment operators to eliminate bottleneck areas.
- Associate Coaching & Method Training: Demonstrate proper ALDI case-picking and pallet-building techniques to new hires, conducting safety and accuracy audits.
